Staying safe in the app

Report content or a user

Tap ••• on any post or comment and choose Report, or open a profile, tap the menu and choose Report user. A reported post disappears from your feed right away. Our moderators review every report within 24 hours, remove objectionable content and suspend the accounts that posted it.

Block someone

Tap ••• on their post or comment (this works for anonymous Gossip posts too) or use the menu on their profile and choose Block. You won't see their posts or comments, and they can't message, poke or interact with you. Manage blocked people in Profile → Settings → Blocked users.

Hide a post

Tap ••• on the post and choose Hide post to remove it from your feed immediately.

Common questions

I didn't get the verification email

Check your spam folder, then tap Resend Verification in the app. You must sign up with your Kathmandu University student email.

I forgot my password

Tap Forgot password on the login screen and follow the link we email you.

My account was suspended

Accounts are suspended for violating the Terms of Use. If you think this was a mistake, email billjeshbaidya@gmail.com from your university email.
