KuNect Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using KuNect you agree to these Terms of Use and our community rules. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be at least 18 years old to use KuNect.

2. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

KuNect has ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable content or abusive users. This applies to regular posts, anonymous Gossip posts, comments, profiles and private messages.

You must not post content that is hateful, harassing, bullying, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, defamatory, spam, or that reveals another person's private information.

You must not impersonate others, harass or target other students, or use the anonymous Gossip feature to attack or expose anyone.

Posting anonymously does not protect you from these rules. Every anonymous post is linked to your account internally and moderators can act on it.

3. Moderation and enforcement

Content is automatically filtered for objectionable material before it is published.

Any user can report content or other users, block abusive users, and hide posts from their feed at any time.

We review every report within 24 hours. Objectionable content is removed and users who posted it are suspended (ejected) from KuNect.

We may remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without notice.

4. Your content

You are responsible for everything you post. You keep ownership of your content but grant KuNect a licence to display it inside the app.

You can delete your posts and comments, and you can permanently delete your account from Settings at any time.
